For example, we may release your personal information to third parties to perform services such as advising you of our upcoming collections or products or processing credit card payments. However, such third parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and are not authorized to use personal information for any purpose other than providing those services. We will refund or replace your order accordingly.
Returns shall only be accepted within 8 working days if the product is received undamaged (in the original packaging). The cost of returning the product shall be for the account of the purchaser. Please do not send your order back to us before contacting us at and receiving an approval notification. After giving approval, we will transfer the amount to your bank account within 30 days. If you decide to return the articles, the shipping costs incurred for returning these articles will be borne by you. If you exchange the article for one that differs in color or size, shipping costs will be charged again and will be borne by you.
If you receive a wrong article, an article containing a defect or an incorrectly delivered order, you must return the article or the order in an unused state to Ploos Design within (8) eight days. In such a case, Ploos Design will pay the return costs.
You should check the items before using and / or washing them. Used and / or washed items can unfortunately not be returned.
